Renting out an extra room in your home is an excellent way to make some extra money and add another income stream.

What are you going to charge for your room? It may be a good idea to have a look at some other rooms for rent in your area to get an idea of what you could reasonably charge. - Lease Length
How long are you going to make your lease? Did you want to consider a trial period first? - Furnishing the room
